Novi, Michigan is set to become an energy focal point once again in the fall as all advanced battery technology paths converge at the Suburban Collection Showplace over Sept 13-15, 2016.Co-located with Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo and Critical Power Expo, there are now 500 confirmed exhibitors in total reaching maximum capacity.
This is now the seventh consecutive edition of the show, launched to widespread acclaim back in 2010.
"We are tremendously excited by the prospects offered by The Battery Show 2016,"said Event Director, Steve Bryan.
"This will be the largest in our series of highly successful exhibitions for the energy-related sector and already we can see that Novi will become a center for a stimulating forum, cross-platform networking and serious business opportunities with multi-million dollar potential."The Battery Show is North America's biggest free-to-attend annual battery technology trade event and the loyalty shown by both exhibitors and visitors has resulted in an established reputation as the go-to venue for anyone interested in seeing technological advances at first hand. In an extremely fast-paced industrial track, no-one can afford to miss out on the varied and fascinating spread of exhibits. Last year saw a record leap of 35% in the number of participating companies and that booth count has already been topped.
On display will be the very latest battery technologies for every conceivable application, from EVs to utility storage and renewables, through to bespoke mobile power applications, personal electronics, healthcare, telecommunications and military. The spread of exhibits is impressive and most of the key players will be there - companies such as East Penn, CATL, Voltabox, Paraclete Energy, Siemens, TE Connectivity, Exide, XALT, Ioxus, Bitrode, PEC, OCSiAl and CALB - amongst many, many more.
"The Battery Show in Novi has become the must-attend event for the industry," says Jeff Norris, CEO at Paraclete Energy.
"It is the only show that is attended by executive decision makers and the scientific and engineering geniuses who are creating new and exciting technology."In what is a strongly targeted expo, innovation lies at the heart of everyone's endeavors - visitors will see evidence of this at every turn. Such is the momentum behind The Battery Show that last year the number of attendees was up nearly 25% at around 5,800 and, once again, pre-registration is running at a very high level. We expect to see large delegations from the major corporations as well as thousands of senior buyers, engineers and technical leaders from the OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
The meticulous preparation for this year's event continues over at
The Battery Show and expectations remain high. Echoing the sentiments of fellow exhibitors, Alan J Amici of TE Connectivity said to us recently:
"As the show has grown each year, so has the number of connections we have made with current and new customers. Our goal is to showcase our innovative solutions...we are excited to continue to be a strong supporter of The Battery Show."Make sure you book your spot to meet with the leaders and influencers and see what's going to be firing everyone up in the coming year.
