TCM Corp has issued a clarification to the market after branding confusion purportedly saw King Lift and Heli forklifts marketed and sold in the USA as TCM machines.

TCM's brief statement said Heli Forklift Wholesale Inc distributed King Lift and Heli forklifts in the USA on behalf of its parent company Anhui Heli Co Ltd, based in Nanjing, China.

"Regrettably, in the past, these forklift trucks may have been represented and sold as 'Chinese TCMs'. This implies a similarity or duplication between Anhui Heli products and TCM products, but nothing could be further from the truth," the statement said.

"We pledge there are no technical or other arrangements between TCM and Heli involved in the production of TCM forklift trucks for the North American market. Anyone stating otherwise should be regarded as misrepresenting the facts."
