By using the ROLLERFORKS^® Push-Pull attachment combo, it is now possible to load and unload containers and/or trailers with loads stacked on top of one another faster than ever before. The ROLLERFORKS^® Push-Pull is a system made up of a high visibility face-plate with ROLLERFORKS^® instead of platens.

This patented innovation combines the cost-saving benefits of ROLLERFORKS^® along with proven push-pull technology creating a revolutionary pallet-less handling solution. The ROLLERFORKS^® Push-Pull is a system made up of a high visibility face-plate with ROLLERFORKS^® instead of platens. The forks are fully manual adjustable on the carriage in order to compensate for load support or variable pallet widths. The ROLLERFORKS^® allow quick and easy handling and placement of floor-loaded pallet-less goods meaning the hydraulic portion of the attachment is only needed for separating double-stacked slipsheeted loads or when removing a slipsheeted load from a pallet. This makes the unit nearly twice as fast as any other push-pull. It's also easy to use and inexpensive to maintain. The ROLLERFORKS^® Push-Pull is an ideal attachment for handling different sized slipsheeted goods as well as different sized pallets.

ROLLERFORKS^® Push-Pull
Load and unload containers and/or trailers with loads stacked on top of one another faster than ever before. ROLLERFORKS^® are ideal for lifting loads stacked directly on the floor, as the floor acts as a fixed reference point for turning the rollers. However, if loads are not stacked directly on the floor, e.g. two-high, then the push-pull mechanism can be used. As soon as the load has been manoeuvred onto the ROLLERFORKS^®, it can be easily transferred onto an in-house pallet using the ROLLERFORKS^®. This method saves a lot of time because the push pull mechanism does not have to be extended or retracted. The "pull" function is all that is needed to separate double-stacks or remove loads from pallets. All other tasks can be done using the ROLLERFORKS^® alone. This innovative system is nearly twice as fast as conventional push-pull systems!
