Beginning 2011, the new standards of Stage IIIB in EU and Tier 4i for U.S market are required of all off-road equipment powered by engines over 129 kW. The regulations are set to minimize the emission of NOx (Nitrogen oxide) and other harmful particles. We acknowledged this forthcoming change in good time and hence all Kalmar products sold as after year 2011 with engines over 129 kW will fulfill the requirements.

Cargotec is well prepared and offers different solutions to cope with the coming requirements and has service platforms for SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and EGR (Exhaust gas recirculation) processes. Our common sustainable future demands an open mind to all new development. That is why Kalmar product portfolio is continuously enhanced to support your business in changing times. Today and tomorrow.
