Market Leading Visibility
Flexi® is designed with a Twin-Post Hi-Vis Operators Overhead Guard and an advanced “Clear View” Hi-Vis Mast, with mast brace sections designed not to impede eye-line and a sloped nose cone which combine to provide unrivalled visibility. This design significantly enhances safety and accuracy, allowing operators to handle loads with greater precision and confidence to maximise throughput.

Innovative Hydraulic Design
Here at Flexi®, we believe when operating in very narrow aisles and lifting to 15,000mm, it's important to have complete control over your load and the smoothest articulated solution available.
Flexi® are engineered with independent drive, lift, and steer motors, which ensures exceptionally smooth and precise operation without the risk of hydraulic interference.
This independent motor system enhances performance, allowing operators to manoeuvre effortlessly in tight warehouse environments while maintaining full control over all loads.
By eliminating the reliance on shared hydraulic functions, Flexi® delivers consistent power distribution, reducing wear and tear on components and improving long-term reliability.
TrueRadius®
Flexi® features a bespoke, curved chassis design known as TrueRadius®.
This innovative design allows the truck to follow the exact curvature of the chassis during articulation, significantly reducing the risk of racking damage. As a result, operators can concentrate fully on handling loads, improving both speed and safety during operation.
In contrast, conventional articulated trucks often swing outward when turning in an aisle, increasing the likelihood of impact and potential racking damage. The TrueRadius® design eliminates this issue by maintaining a consistent profile throughout the turn.
Front Wheel Drive & Over-Rotation™
Flexi® is a pioneer of front wheel drive design.
The benefit of an articulated forklift truck being front wheel drive gives the operator complete control over the load and allows Over-Rotation™ of the articulated steer. This enables the operator to turn in an extremely tight environment and allows for an operator to correct any errors in their movements in the aisle.
Combined with a true indoor/outdoor wheel and tyre configuration, the front wheel drive solution is the perfect option for traction in all conditions.
Flexi® can collect pallets directly from marshalling, unloading, and loading areas without the need for additional material handling equipment (MHE). This capability eliminates the reliance on multiple trucks for different tasks, reducing operational complexity and improving overall efficiency, offering a true one truck, Road-to-Rack™ Solution.
