In a year of political and economic uncertainty, it is encouraging to end 2024 reporting on new orders, deliveries and products as some large companies expand their footprint and markets.

Automation is again in the spotlight with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries revealing its automated picking system ΣSynX has been installed in a Japanese logistics centre while Movu Robotics has been engaged to install its automation system at a French factory.

No doubt automation is a topic we will be covering much more in 2025.

And as the year ends, we at Forkliftaction would like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season. This is our last weekly publication of the year with an end-of-year report to be published December 26. Our first full news edition in 2025 will be on January 9.
