The big news of the week is the USD10.5 million legal judgement against Hyster-Yale Group, the world’s sixth biggest forklift maker, according to the ranking compiled by German magazine DHF.

It will be interesting to see whether the ruling has any effect Hyster-Yale’s business in the weeks and months ahead.

In other news, there's a lot of fascinating work going on in the realm of robotics and artificial intelligence which will hopefully make materials handling safer and more efficient in the future.
