Italian equipment rental company Mollo Noleggio has continued its expansion plans with the acquisition of rental company PMP.

In a statement, Mollo Noleggio says PMP, which has a fleet of machines including aerial platforms, has already been integrated within the organisation. PMP’s staff have been retained in the acquisition, with Mauro Mollo, president of Mollo Noleggio, welcoming the new additions to his team. “We are always happy to welcome new collaborators, with whom we can share skills and ambition to continuously improve the service we provide to our customer,” he says.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Pradamano-based acquisition becomes the 49th Mollo centre in Italy.

Mollo boasts a rental fleet of more than 11,000 units of equipment, including forklifts, pallet trucks and aerial platforms.
