Rising fuel costs have encouraged research into alternative energy sources. Increased real estate values have led to improved space utilisation and the development of narrow-aisle technology. Tough economic times have encouraged companies to improve their resource allocation. So, some might look around and challenges in the current business environment, but others will only see opportunities.
