The more things change, the more they stay the same. At least that's true for sales performances at the top end of the forklift market. As we read this week, Toyota and KION still dominate the industry, the other usual suspects, Jungheinrich, Crown and NACCO, completing the top five. There are few surprises in this year's ranking and no newcomers - quite predictably, as the industry shakes off the last impacts of the global financial crisis. One prediction which has failed to materialise is the rise of Chinese manufacturers, showing the strength of the established brands and their determination to hold marketshare.
