Forks - on stock available, various options, new slip prevention coating
MEYER and BOLZONI AURAMO offer High Quality Forks, telescopic forks and further value adding options for applications with fork positioners: forks are delivered from the extensive stock within 24 hours, bolt-on executions within three to five working days, on request next day, offering a maximum of service support for the use in fleet and full maintenance operation.

Special slip protection coatings are now also available and are being presented on this year's LogiMAT.

BOLZONI AURAMO Paper Roll Clamps - Maximum efficiency in roll handling with built-in damage prevention
The user-friendly BOLZONI AURAMO AR series Paper Roll Clamps are engineered to offer superior visibility and faster rotating speed for both vertical and horizontal roll handling. The 180° rotating model AR-33RJ-15 on display at LogiMAT is equipped with a pivoting, split long arm to handle 1 or 2 rolls at a time. All hydraulic functions are protected with built-in pressure relief valves, all service and maintenance points are easily accessible.

Also on display are a selection of options to control the clamping force, and by doing so, decreasing the maintenance requirements for an optimum of TCO:

• 4-STAGE PRESSURE-RELIEF VALVE - the basic option for a manual clamp force control.
• FORCE-MATIC - the new fully mechanical pressure control system applicable to all BOLZONI AURAMO Paper Roll Clamps prevents roll damage and out-of-roundness by sensing the weight of the load, applying the optimum clamping pressure. This 'mechanical calculator' continuously adjusts the clamping pressure measured in the lifting cylinders without the need for electrical connections.

On a completely dedicated stand in Hall 7, Booth A42, BOLZONI is showcasing its wide range of customised solutions:

• Lift Table with tilting platforms
  Being able to lift and tilt containers, the A1T lift table allows an easy picking process by tilting the platform 35° towards the operator, offering optimum ergonomics, for example in the automotive industry and assembly line.
• Lift Table with various options
  The model A1.20.A020, a heavy-duty lift table, on display at LogiMAT is the best option in engineering and production processes, for e.g. for wood, metal sheets, plastics, paper, and, last but not least, in loading bay applications. • SILVER LINE U-shaped lift tables
  The model L810U010 low-profile lift table offers a minimum closed height and does not need a floor pit, offering a maximum of location flexibility, keeping installation cost at a minimum at the same time. With the U-shaped platform it is easy to directly load pallets by hand or with pedestrian pallet trucks, without the need for an access ramp.

Maximize productivity with the BOLZONI AURAMO MZ Fork Positioner
The new BOLZONI AURAMO MZ Series fork positioner is especially designed for operations in distribution centres, warehouses, forwarding companies, paper industry and for many more demanding applications. The fork carriers, sliding on a chromed bar, accommodate standard lift truck forks. They are being actuated by different diameter cylinders, ensuring for an optimum of synchronisation of the fork movement and a fast and accurate fork positioning.

MEYER Appliance Clamp with FORCE BALANCE Pad and Easy-MOVE Laser Sensors System
At LogiMAT 2020, MEYER presents the answer to load damages in the white goods logistics chain, due to incorrect clamp force settings:

The MEYER Easy-MOVE intelligent appliance clamp with a fully automatic laser sensors system is now equipped with a new, user-friendly interface. The sensor system ensures for the optimum clamp force setting at all times for various load size and types of loads.

The Easy-MOVE model shown at the LogiMAT 2020 combines the most advanced technology in hydraulics, electronics and laser sensors for the control of the clamping force with a minimum of TCO, providing outstanding benefits to operators in the white goods logistic chain. The clamp on display is also equipped with the FORCE BALANCE Spring Pad System, which optimally distributes the clamping force over the pad's surface. Further optional features, such as 4-way-electric-valves with joystick and tower light, will be showcased.
