Verdant extends Hiab deal
Cincinnati, OH, United States

Verdant Commercial Capital has expanded on its multi-year vendor program
agreement with Hiab USA and will now provide retail financing for Princeton Delivery Systems Inc.
Verdant Commercial Capital is an independent equipment finance company and provides financing solutions in support of its vendor partners across the broad segments of specialty vehicle, construction, technology, energy efficiency/renewables, industrial and office solutions.
Princeton Delivery Systems manufactures truck-mounted forklift products. Princeton designs, manufactures and sells the PiggyBack brand of forklifts through a nationwide network of premier materials handling equipment distributors.
"We are excited to be expanding our relationship with Hiab through the Princeton Delivery Systems network of premier dealers," says Josh Snider, relationship manager for Verdant Commercial Capital. "This is a great opportunity to broaden our relationship with a market leader and help Princeton Delivery Systems sell more equipment through financing."

MAXAM gets Cat approval
Birmingham, United Kingdom

Caterpillar has validated and approved the MAXAM MS302 L3 tyre for use on specific Cat medium wheel loaders. The MAXAM 23.5R25 MS302 is currently available as a factory fitment option on Cat 950GC, 950L, 950M, 962L, and 962M models in certain regions. Additional MAXAM MS302 tyre sizes have also been validated and approved for future factory fitment on additional models.
"Expertly engineered to thrive under extreme conditions, the MAXAM MS302 is built tough to exceed expectations, delivering excellent traction and customer value," says Matthew Fagan, director of R&D at MAXAM Tire North America.
The MAXAM MS302 aims to minimise vibration at haul speeds and provide the lowest cost per hour, while the durable cut- and tear-resistant rubber compound eliminates the constant threat of downtime due to tyre damage.

Crown expands in Nevada

Crown Equipment Corporation has opened a new sales and service location in Reno, Nevada. The facility, located at 895 East Patriot Boulevard, provides customers with convenient access to the materials handling technology and equipment they need to keep products moving and supply chains operational.
"The Reno-Sparks area has steadily developed into a significant distribution region, with plenty of growth opportunities and large facilities supporting a variety of industries," says Craig Kelly, branch manager of Crown Lift Trucks in Sacramento. "This new location … allows Crown to provide advanced equipment, technology and services to support growth, cost control measures and safety and efficiency initiatives for customers in western Nevada. It also brings Crown closer to customers in the region by providing them with what they need when and where they need it most."

Konecranes opens data science lab
Lyon, France

Konecranes has announced plans to create a data science laboratory as part of its continuing drive to digitalise products, services and operations to tap the benefits of the industrial Internet.
