Shoppa's Material Handling, one of the largest Toyota forklift distributors throughout Dallas-Fort Worth, North Texas and Kansas City, Missouri, has announced the appointment of Christina Schagren as human resources director at Shoppa's Material Handling and Shoppa's Mid America.
Schagren brings close to 20 years' experience to the Shoppa's team. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Political Science in 1992 and was most recently with The Encompass Group as a human capital consultant, handling all aspects of human resources for a variety of companies.
In her new role, Schagren will direct all human resource activities for Shoppa's Material Handling including designing and implementing human resource programs, policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, health and safety, employee relations and training.

Street Crane has announced that Gus Zona will take over from Andrew Pimblett who is stepping down as managing director after 49 years with the business.
Zona has worked for Street in the roles of both sales director and operations director. He joined the company in 1988, working initially in production control and purchasing before serving two terms on the board; firstly, as sales director and latterly, as operations director. In between these two roles at Street, he was managing director at Lloyds British Testing.
Pimblett will remain at Street Crane as a non-executive director, advising on strategic matters and working three days per week.
