 Amazon's second site has been revealed |
Online retail giant Amazon is believed to have secured a site for its Melbourne distribution centre within the M2 Industry Park in Dandenong.
ChannelNews reports that Amazon will be based in the park owned by Melbourne's Pellicano family, which has already been approved as a distribution centre as it was previously set up for Bunnings.
The news service says leasing agent CBRE has declined to comment, citing strict confidentiality agreements.
In Sydney, Amazon is believed to have cut a deal with the Goodman Group on a large fulfillment facility at the Oakdale Industrial Estate on Old Wallgrove Road, Eastern Creek, as

Goodman has a close working relationship with Amazon, having established warehousing operations for the online retailer across both Europe and the USA.
