Hazchem Network replaces materials handling fleet
Hinckley, United Kingdom
Hazchem Network, the UK’s only ADR-Hazardous Goods Pallet and Parcel Network, has invested USD316,950 to replace its 12-strong forklift fleet.
Managing director Rob Smkes tells Forkliftaction News a review of “various forklift suppliers” led the company to decide to remain with Toyota.
“We have used Toyota trucks for many years and have always been happy with how they have performed in the hub environment,” Symes adds. “Importantly, our forklift operators like the trucks too.
“We have a good relationship with Toyota and their engineers. They have always kept the fleet well-maintained and help us when needed.”
The Hazchem Network moves 2,000 pallets and 500 parcels daily, throughout the UK and Europe.
