Following the divestment of Terex, Konecranes has announced some board changes. With the departure of Terex's David A. Sachs and Oren G. Shaffer from the board of directors, Ulf Liljedahl has been appointed to the Nomination Committee.
Liljedahl has been a board member since 2016 and has chaired the Audit Committee since 2017.
Following the resignation of Sachs, the members of the Audit Committee are Ulf Liljedahl (chairman), Ole Johansson and Malin Persson.
Shaffer's departure also affects the Human Resources Committee, now comprised of Bertel Langenskiöld (chairman), Janina Kugel and Christoph Vitzthum.

Boyer

Jean-Michel Boyer has been appointed as the new CEO for BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions in the UK. Boyer succeeds Tristan Watkins, who was recently promoted to program manager of the BNP Paribas North America Growth Plan.
Boyer brings a high level of experience and market knowledge to his new role. He has worked with the BNP Paribas group for over 30 years, starting in 1986 at UFB Locabail, the equipment leasing arm of Paribas subsidiary Compagnie Bancaire. During his tenure at BNP Paribas, Boyer has held several senior managerial, sales, and business development positions within the Agriculture, Technology Solutions, and International Business Lines Equipment & Logistics Solutions (IBL ELS) divisions.
