Since first introducing the Hoist T-Series terminal tractor in March, Hoist Liftruck has received an impressive number of applications from dealers looking to add the Hoist T-Series to their product offerings. Dealers and customers alike have taken note of Hoist's innovative design, product availability and special introductory financing plans, as well as the soon to be released electric version, the TE-Series.

When we set out to re-invent the terminal truck, we focused on maximizing efficiency, improving the overall operator experience, and increasing the durability and reliability of the product as a whole. In order to achieve these goals, our award winning heavy-duty vehicle design team went to work, resulting in significant added value without significant added cost. The Hoist T-Series distinguishes itself from its competition in a number of ways.

While many other terminal tractors in service a few years or less already look like they are 15 years old due to poor paint processes, Hoist's innovative multi-step finishing process, applied in our brand new custom designed paint booth in our East Chicago facility, will provide lasting results.
The Hoist T-Series is the first terminal tractor to utilize a military grade drive axle and the patent-pending vertical lift mechanism distributes loading on the chassis more evenly reducing stresses.

Hoist Liftruck has also partnered with Hendrickson to provide the industry's first true air ride suspension as standard. The Hendrickson suspension not only provides superior ride quality, protecting the operator from potential discomfort and injury from harsher leaf spring suspensions, but also improves handling as well as reducing maintenance requirements.

Many terminal tractor manufactures also have limited production with orders taken on a 'first come, first serve' basis. Once production is filled, often occurring before the end of 2nd quarter, customers must wait until the following year to order and receive a new terminal tractor. Hoist's state-of-the-art 550,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility includes a dedicated terminal tractor bay with production capabilities allowing for orders to be fulfilled throughout the course of the year.

The electric-powered TE-Series model will provide customers a zero emissions "green" alternative to the traditional terminal tractor. The AC drive will offer increased efficiency and greatly reduce maintenance requirements, while the advanced lithium batteries will provide extended run times of up to 15 hours. Hoist is currently accepting pre-orders for the TE-Series with production slated to being Q1 next year.

The off-road version of the Hoist T-Series is expected to start rolling off the assembly line in the beginning of July with the DOT version available shortly thereafter in Q3 of this year. Hoist Liftruck is still welcoming dealer applications as well as filling production slots. Send us an email for dealer inquiries, requests for additional information, or requests for quotes.
