THE MARC allows operators to perform maintenance, repair and inspections deep inside rack structures and can be custom designed to existing racking. In the US, falls to a lower level are the second leading unintentional workplace fatality. Second only to highway crashes*.

This staggering statistic sheds a strong light on the harsh reality of the dangers of working at height. *Source: National Safety Council Injury Facts, 2016 Edition.

Facilities that utilize any of the following high density storage racking have serious considerations to make when it comes to safety.
  • AS/RS
  • Push Back
  • Pallet Flow
  • Double Deep
How is debris cleared or stuck pallets freed? How are inspections, maintenance, cleaning, and repairs performed?
  • Safety mesh is not designed for standing or walking on.
  • Lift truck safety cages are contrary to safe practices for these tasks.
  • Aerial work platforms are not designed for any significant lateral loads.
Global safety mandates are cracking down on unsafe climbing, improper use of tools and machinery, and many other unsafe methods used to enter high density racking systems.

The MARCTM (Maintenance and Retrieval Cart) is a safe and cost-effective solution to prevent these dangerous practices.

The MARCTM creates an engineered safe zone that enables operators to safely access pallet exceptions.

Custom designed to each specific application, this innovative fall arrest cart allows operators to perform maintenance, repair and inspections deep inside rack structures at height.

The MARCTM saves time, reduces product waste and most importantly it protects people from the danger of working at height.
