SMV's new managing director, KG Salomonsson

Heavy forklift and container handler manufacturer SMV Lifttrucks AB has appointed Karl-Gustav (KG) Salomonsson as its managing director. Salomonsson, SMV deputy managing director since June, 2000, takes over from Olle Österlund, who has retired after 10 years in the position.

Supply chain services company Tibbett & Britten Americas has appointed Jaime White as president of its operations in Mexico, where the company has distribution centres in 10 cities. White has more than 20 years' experience in logistics management, having previously worked with Aeromexpress and Xerox Mexicana.
