Welch equipment is offering Liftking

Multi-brand dealer Welch Equipment Company Inc. has added Manitex Liftking to its offering.

Manitex Liftking, a manufacturer of rough-terrain forklifts and large-capacity cushion tyre industrial forklifts, specialises in serving the North American construction and rental equipment markets, but also targets the agricultural sector.

A spokesman for the manufacturer says Manitex Liftking is looking forward to its partnership with Welch Equipment Company, especially since Welch has created a specialty product team to focus on the rough-terrain market.

Welch has four locations that will help Manitex Liftking grow its marketshare in Albuquerque, New Mexico; Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Welch is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, so it provides an excellent fit for the Liftking line, according to the spokesman.

In addition to its sales location, Welch has resident technicians in Wyoming and Montana.

The company traces its origins back to 1985 and now represents Toyota, Raymond, Clark, Doosan, Princeton, UFI/Interlake Material Handling Solutions, Cubic Designs mezzanines, Konstant storage products and other materials handling solutions.
