MCFA boosts G&W territory

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) has appointed G&W Equipment, Inc. to represent its three brands (Cat lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklifts and Jungheinrich warehouse products) in the eastern portion of North Carolina and South Carolina.

With this change, G&W Equipment now serves as an authorised dealer for all three brands in the entire state of North Carolina, and all counties in South Carolina except for Aiken, Barnwell, Edgefield, and McCormick.

G&W Equipment was founded in 1963 and has operated under the ownership of the Sabbagh family since 1988. It has served as a Cat and Jungheinrich dealer in western North Carolina and western South Carolina since 2012, and a Mitsubishi dealer since 1997.

G&W Equipment has facilities in Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh, North Carolina, and Greenville and Columbia, South Carolina.

As a result of this territory expansion, G&W Equipment will add new facilities in coming months to its operations in Wilmington and Greenville, North Carolina, and Charleston and Florence, South Carolina.

"Their experience with our world-class brands and their commitment to total customer satisfaction allows for a seamless transition into eastern North and South Carolina."

MCFA has awarded G&W Equipment the prestigious Five Star Customer Service award on numerous occasions, and it is a continuing Dealer of Excellence, having earned the award multiple times over the past 18 years.

G&W Equipment will immediately become an authorised dealer for all MCFA brands in the eastern portion of North Carolina and South Carolina, in addition to western North Carolina and western South Carolina where they have operated for years.

In addition to representing MCFA brands of materials handling equipment, G&W specialises in aftermarket replacement parts support and service for all makes and models of forklifts.
