Forklift attachment supplier Servalift Ltd of Sheffield, United Kingdom has been appointed the UK dealer for Bengbu Grip Forklift Truck Attachments Co Ltd.

Brian Carnall, director of the small, family-owned company, says Bengbu is new to the UK and he is determined to grow the company's marketshare as customers are exposed to the Bengbu products.

The Bengbu Grip product line includes a full range of hydraulic-powered attachments like bale clamps, rotators and rotating fork clamps.

"Servalift was chosen to be [the] UK dealer because we took time to initially test the products in the UK industries, having had problems in recent years with more established brands no longer standing up to some of the heavier recycling industries, and then offered constructive feedback," Carnall explains.

Servalift, which was established over 30 years ago, mainly supplies new and used hydraulic forklift attachments for the recycling industry.

Bengbu Grip of Bengbu City in Anhui, China was established in 2006. It employs about 56 people and claims to have a 23% share in the Chinese forklift attachment market.
