Terex Corp has announced that Phil Widman will retire as senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Widman will continue as CFO into the first half of 2013 to oversee the year-end accounting close and annual audit process, the filing of the company's annual report for the year ending 31 December 2012, and to facilitate an orderly transition of his responsibilities. The company says it has started searching for his replacement.

B&B Attachments Ltd has appointed Tim Christian as chairman. Christian, who will take on a consultancy role, is the founder of TC Associates Ltd - a business consultancy, strategic planning and management advisory firm in Middlesex. He will act as an external advisor, using his experience in senior positions and non-executive director roles to drive the business forward. He joins Mike Barton, John Lamberth, Neal Fowler and Alan Harrison on the board of directors, which has over 80 years of combined experience in the forklift attachment industry.

Clark Material Handling Company has appointed Dale Guckian as sales manager, North America, with responsibility for the US, Canada and Mexico. Guckian will report to Bo Maslanyk, the company's vice president, sales and marketing. He will work closely with dealers and Clark regional sales managers to establish and maintain customer relationships. The Clark regional sales team will report directly to him.

Camp will work closely with Heli America's team of regional marketing managers and authorised dealers to grow the company in the US market. He has over 30 years' experience in the materials handling industry, having worked at both OEM and dealer levels.

Consolidated Fork Truck Services has appointed Shaun Prendergast as assistant technical manager. Prendergast has over 30 years of engineering experience. He began his career serving HM Forces in the UK and abroad. As part of the Specialist Team Royal Engineers, he was involved in undertaking vital engineering work from repairing airfields in the Falkland Islands to working on bridges in Sierra Leone. After completing his military service in 1992, he began working in the materials handling industry. For the past 19 years, he has worked as service manager for a mainstream dealer.
