Heli Americas has appointed Langer Material Handling as an authorised dealer for the full range of Heli forklifts covering 11 counties in the western Pennsylvania marketplace.

Langer Material Handling will now represent the Heli forklift line consisting of Class I, III, IV and V products in capacities from 2,000 T to 36,000 T, with available powertrains in electric, LPG, dual fuel and diesel.

Bruce S. Pelynio, president and CEO of Heli Americas, is excited about this significant addition to the rapidly growing Heli Americas dealer network. "I am so pleased to add Langer Material Handling to our team of dealers, especially since Bill Langer Jr. (now retired) hired me in my first position into this industry in 1975 as a salesman. The chance to work with next generation Kevin Langer, president, and the Langer family provides me with the opportunity to once again deal with one of the finest family-owned dealerships in our industry."

Langer says his company has adequate resources to service the new brand and will not need to add additional staff or facilities.

He welcomes the addition of the Heli product line-up. "Heli gives our customers a quality product and a very competitive price," he tells Forkliftaction News. "The Heli forklift line offers our customers a rugged-design forklift without the complex technology and the added cost associated with that technology."

Langer Material Handling will cover the counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington and Westmoreland, Pennsylvania.

Langer Material Handling was established in 1984 and continues to serve the materials handling needs of customers in southwestern Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. The dealership has experienced steady growth over the years while maintaining long-term, personal relationships with customers and with employees.

Heli Americas, based in Memphis, Tennessee, was established in 2007 as a subsidiary of one of China's biggest forklift manufacturers.
