Free children's safety book
United KingdomToyota Material Handling UK is giving away children's activity books that promote health and safety at its regional show stands and by request.
The book with characters like Freddie Forklift, Percy Pallet, Sammi Stacker, Tess Tow Tractor and Rex Reach includes information on crossing a road safely and tips on healthy diets.
Toyota's regional show stand will stop at Pembrokeshire in August, Health & Safety Midlands in September, and Health & Safety North in October.

Expos expect good response
Paris, FranceOver 700 companies are expected to exhibit in the inaugural joint staging of the Intralogistics Paris and SITL Logistics Solutions exhibitions in France next year.
To be held on 26-28 March 2013 in Paris Norde Villepinte, France, the two events showcase products and technologies related to the whole supply chain.
About 35,000 professionals are expected to visit.

Capacity boost expected
London, United KingdomAbout 91% of those polled in a survey by storage equipment specialist Link 51 expect to boost warehouse capacity by 10% or more over the next year.
The United Kingdom Warehousing Association says the study was carried out amongt senior decision-makers involved in warehousing and storage in the UK.
NCSP upgrades fleet
Novorossiysk, RussiaNovorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP) has modernised its handling equipment fleet with 14 new forklifts from January to July 2012.
According to SKRIN Newswire, NCSP's new acquisitions include three units of 10-12T Kalmar forklifts, two units of 45T Kalmar reach stackers, three units of 2.5T Toyota forklifts and three units of 5T Toyota forklifts.
