Pfleger has almost 20 years' experience with Yale Materials Handling Corp and parent company NACCO Materials Handling Group Inc (NMHG). He served as the managing director of NMHG Asia Pacific for three-and-a-half years; managing director of Yale Europe, Middle East and Africa for two years; and vice president of Yale dealer development for seven years. Pfleger also served as CFO and then vice president of operations at Yale Materials Handling Michigan Inc during his seven years with the independent dealership.
Hyster Company has appointed Jonathan Dawley as president of Hyster Distribution. Dawley came to NMHG in 2005 as a regional manager in the aftermarket business unit of Yale Materials Handling. Dawley was named manager of NMHG aftermarket business development in 2006. Two years later, he became director of marketing. In 2009, he was promoted to vice president of marketing for NMHG. Prior to joining NMHG, Dawley held marketing, communications and management consulting positions in the automotive industry.

The UK and Ireland markets have been split into two strategic areas, with Paul Berrow named as sales director for the Midlands and South, and Stephen Astbury as sales director for the North, Scotland and Ireland. Andy Higham has been appointed export sales director.
The new directors have over 25 years of collective experience with Bendi. All of them are experienced in the materials handling industry.
Gary Chapman has also joined the sales team and will be covering the Yorkshire territory. Chapman was a salesman for Forkway Group after four years as a vehicle mechanic in the armed forces.
