Linde Material Handling is launching its new generation of Linde reach trucks, the R14-R20 models, for load capacities ranging from 1.4-2 T this month.
The trucks have a compact design to enable a productive flow of goods into the warehouse, and a host of new technical solutions to make the trucks "more comfortable, more powerful, safer and easier to service".
The Linde double pedal and 180 degree steering allow the reach trucks to turn quickly and precisely.

New AUSA telehandler is versatile

AUSA says the new AUSA Taurulift T 144 H Plus is a "versatile and capable telehandler". The machine lifts 1.4 T up 4 m (1.2 ft.), with a 2 m (0.6 ft.) front reach.
The permanent 4WD transmission enables the equipment to operate both on rough and level terrains, even at full load, while its "Quick Hitch System" enables the coupling of a variety of attachments for a range of different agriculture, industry or construction tasks.

Reach truck nominated for IFOY

Atlet's Tergo reach truck has been nominated in the warehouse truck category for the International Forklift Truck of the Year (IFOY) Award.
"We are happy to see that our efforts in designing trucks together with users are paying off. We hope our Tergo will reach all the way to the top, but competition is tough," says Jan Callderyd, product manager for reach trucks at Atlet AB.
The award is presented in four categories and honours the best new forklift and warehouse trucks of the year, as well as successful system solutions.
The winner will be announced in June.

IMHX chosen for unveiling

Bendi will unveil two new products for the intralogistics market at the IMHX expo next week.
The first new product release is the Bendi Arctic, the "first true cold store cab for an articulated truck".
There have been many attempts by truck and cab makers alike at an articulated truck cold store cab, but it's fair to say they don't yet meet industry expectations, as the articulated truck is not as simple as a reach truck or VNA in terms of bolting on a cold store cab, Bendi says.
Bendi's second release will be the world's first articulated order picking truck.
