Five years ago the site www.forkliftscalemodels.com went on line. This site shows you the private collection of miniature lift trucks, aerial platforms and other material handling equipment collected by the families Thermote & Vanhalst. A part of these scale models is also offered for sale. To celebrate its fifth birthday, the site received a graphic update and a 10% discount applies to all models.

The collection of scale models displayed on the site consists of both the collector's items from the private collection and the models that are for sale. The collection grew from a passion for everything related to lift trucks and material handling and originated a few decades ago.

At the moment the site contains close to 600 scale models of more than 80 makes, among which a number of valuable collector's items. The renewed site now houses the more than 200 saleable models on a separate web page. The newest models, that are also for sale, were also grouped on a new page. This allows interested collectors to complete their collection. The discount action is valid until the end of 2011.
