Lithium-ion phosphate (LiFePO4) battery pack and charger producer Universal Lithium Battery Supply (ULBS) has opened its first office in Texas with ambitions to dominate the North American market.
ULBS produces lithium-ion phosphate (LiFePO4) battery packs and chargers which allow end-users to upgrade lead-acid powered materials handling equipment using direct replacement lithium-ion battery packs.
The ULBS product range has been designed as direct replacement batteries for the materials handling sector and other OEMs offering 24V, 36V, 48V, 72V and 80V lithium-ion batteries.
“We created Universal Lithium Battery Supply after seeing a need for reliable and safe lithium iron phosphate battery packs at a competitive price point in the North American market,” a spokesperson for the company states.”
ULBS says its battery packs are maintenance-free.
ULBS senior business development manager Chad Smith says: “Our mission at ULBS is to empower companies with the tools they need to optimise their operations while minimising downtime”.
