Green Cubes Technology releases new batteryGreen Cubes Technology has launched a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery designed specifically for materials handling equipment (MHE), such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
The most recent addition to the company’s Lithium Safeflex product line, the battery is intended to address the evolving needs of manufacturers, warehouse managers, and logistics professionals.
Leveraging LFP technology for extended battery life, the product includes battery management controls and safety features, which were not available in previous models, as well as modified access to wearable parts.
According to Green Cubes, the battery’s onboard charging option eliminates the need for infrastructure upgrades and means it is suitable for use by rental fleets and operations seeking cost-effective options.
Nicola Cinagrossi, vice president of engineering at Green Cubes Technology says the new battery represents a refinement in performance and efficiency for materials handling equipment.
“It provides both improved safety features and serviceability, while lowering total cost of ownership," adds Cinagrossi.
"With the MHE battery, we're ensuring that businesses relying on forklifts and other materials handling equipment can operate more efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably."
