It was appointed the first overseas distributor of Nissan vehicles. Siam Motors Industries Co Ltd was established in 1994 to sell and service Nissan forklifts. In 1998, the group started PPN Rental and Service Co Ltd to offer forklift rental services and sell reconditioned forklifts to companies in Thailand.
