Former Jenoptik executive Maria Koller has been appointed chief human resources officer at Palfinger, a role which also includes oversight of legal affairs. 

Koller studied business psychology at the University of Vienna and began her professional career in human resources at Alcatel in 1998. 

Following jobs in Austria, Germany and France and at various companies in the Danaher Group Europe, she worked from 2014 as vice president HR global interiors at automotive supplier Magna. From 2017, Koller was responsible for the entire HR department of the globally active high-tech group Jenoptik.
Palfinger chairman Hubert Palfinger says: “With her expertise, we are strengthening Palfinger’s position as an attractive and future-oriented employer.

“In a job market that is becoming increasingly demanding and competitive due to demographic change and digitalisation, it is important to address potential employees very effectively while successfully retaining experts in the company.”

Kian Sin Ng

Kian Sin Ng is the new general manager for the Asia Pacific region at Locus Robotics.

Ng has more than two decades of experience leading teams and optimising supply chain operations across Asia Pacific, including senior positions with DHL Supply Chain and Singapore Post.

Locus Robotics also announced the appointment of Joel Collins as chief legal officer.

Collins prior roles include chief legal officer at Benefitfocus and chief legal officer and senior vice president of business development at Quick Base.

“Kian and Joel both have outstanding track records leading high-performing teams and advising companies during growth phases,” says Locus Robotics chief executive officer Rick Faulk. 

“Their expertise will be invaluable as we continue expanding our market-leading robotics solutions to help customers across the globe transform their warehouse and fulfillment operations.”

Dan Hasley

Dan Hasley has been named North American regional sales director for Denmark-based Robotize, a provider of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for internal pallet transportation.

Hasley, a robotics and automation veteran with more than 25 years of experience, will lead Robotize’s new North American office in the metro Detroit area.

"I'm thrilled to be joining Robotize at this exciting time and to lead GoPal AMR solution sales and channel partner development in North America," Hasley says.
