T. Jay Collins will retire as a member and chairman of the board of directors of Oceaneering International, to be succeeded by M. Kevin McEvoy as chairman.
McEvoy has been a director of Oceaneering since 2011. He served as chief executive officer of Oceaneering from 2011 to 2017, and as president of Oceaneering from 2011 to 2015. He also previously served as chief operating officer of Oceaneering from 2010 until 2011 and as executive vice president from 2006 to 2008.
His service with Oceaneering began in 1979 with Solus Ocean Systems, Inc., which was acquired by Oceaneering in 1984.
He also serves as the independent lead director of EMCOR Group, Inc.
Donald Houston
Narrow Aisle - United Kingdom
Narrow Aisle group finance director Donald Houston will take up the position of managing director of all Narrow Aisle Group companies. He succeeds John Maguire, who will continue as an executive director of the business with responsibility for international development.
Houston joined Narrow Aisle in January 2019 as part of the management buyout team and has helped the group’s growth and success over recent years.
As part of the re-organisation, Mike Hawkins has joined Narrow Aisle as group sales and marketing director. Reporting directly to the managing director, Hawkins comes to the company from KION Group where he was director, intralogistics.
Olivier Prigent

InstaFreight has appointed Olivier Prigent to the newly created position of vice president freight forwarding.
Prigent learned the freight forwarding business from scratch, previously spending more than a decade as vice president IDC and director sales at DHL Freight Euronet.
