Narrow Aisle hits a global turnover recordNarrow Aisle has hit a GBP31.6 million (USD38.4 million) global turnover record in the financial year to December 2022 – the highest in its history.
The manufacturer of the Flexi Truck range has recorded a GBP6.1 million (USD7.4 million) increase from 2019, when the company was taken over by members of its senior management team.
“Our employees have delivered another outstanding year of results,” says Narrow Aisle chairman Jim Porter.
“We are seeing the positive outcome of our long-term strategic focus on continually increasing our marketshare and growing key overseas markets such as India and the Americas.”
Porter attributes some of the growth to new distribution agreements with materials handling equipment suppliers and rental businesses in Dallas and Houston.
“Despite the global economic uncertainty created by events that nobody could have foreseen, we have made excellent progress towards our various goals since 2019 by taking a long-term view and making strategic investments in our business while remaining agile and adaptable.”
