Tompkins Solutions has appointed Billy Carter as vice president of sales. In this role, Carter will be responsible for delivering systemic solutions to help clients overcome their complex supply chain challenges.
Carter has more than two decades of industrial engineering and logistics experience, with a proven track record of developing and implementing leading supply chain solutions for e-commerce fulfillment and retail distribution operations. Prior to joining Tompkins, Carter served as vice president of technical sales for Fortna, and held senior industrial engineering management positions at Kohl’s and H-E-B.

Ballard Power Systems has appointed Mark Biznek as chief operating officer.
Biznek brings a breadth of experience during a 30-year career in operations, manufacturing, business development and manufacturing engineering. During the past 10 years, he served in various leadership roles for Kohler Power Systems, including as general manager of marine & power solutions, as vice president of global operations & supply chain, and as vice president of operations & engine development.
He previously held manufacturing and strategy leadership roles at Mercury Marine and, before that, served in various operations and engineering roles at Delphi (lithium batteries) and GE Aviation (aircraft engines).
Biznek holds a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Missouri, a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from Purdue University, and his MBA from the University of Michigan.

Eagle Mark 4 has appointed Mike Tozzi as president.
Tozzi brings years of sales, business development, and operations experience to the position. Previously, he was acting operations manager at GNCO Inc, helping Eagle Mark 4 achieve record revenue growth and earn the Kalmar Ottawa Premier Partner award for 2022.
Tozzi is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and the Professional Gridiron Group, as well as a volunteer for the non-profit Global Empathy Now. He also serves on the board for ProtecTozz, a polycarbonate cleat guard that he invented with his father that protects football players' feet from injury.
