Yann Leca

Exotec - United Kingdom

Exotec has announced the appointment of Yann Leca as chief financial officer, to support the company’s sustainable growth and accelerate its global footprint.

Previously executive vice president and CFO of OVHcloud, Leca will be responsible for structuring the organisation and driving Exotec's financial strategy to ensure profitable and sustainable growth at a time when the company is experiencing accelerated expansion of its activities worldwide. 

A graduate of HEC Paris and Harvard, he has over 30 years of experience in the transformation and financing of international growth companies, including several large-cap LBOs and, most recently, the successful IPO of OVHcloud on Euronext Paris. 

Jeff Mason

Flux Power - United States

Flux Power Holdings has expanded the role of Jeff Mason, vice president of operations, to include additional company authority and delegation. In this role, Mason will continue to strategically lead operations to ensure quality and efficiency in supply chain, logistics and manufacturing.

Mason served as the director of manufacturing of Flux Power from 2020 to 2021, and vice president of operations since December 2021. Prior to joining the company, Mason was the plant manager at NEO Tech, and has also worked at Sumitomo Electric Interconnect Products, Inc., Radio Design Labs, Inc., and Motorola Inc. during his career.

In his expanded position, Mason’s responsibilities will include the execution of the company’s operations, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure efficient delivery of growing purchase orders, improving backlog, and continued expansion of margins through improved sourcing and supply chain management, and continual process improvement.

Vilmar Fistarol

CNH Industrial - United Kingdom

CNH Industrial has announced the appointment of Vilmar Fistarol as president, North America and Rafael Miotto as president, Latin America.

Vilmar Fistarol will lead the North America region as of late January 2023, following over a decade as president, Latin America, during which time he has continually grown CNH Industrial’s sales in the region to market-leading positions. Fistarol has served CNH Industrial and its predecessor companies for over 31 years in numerous leadership positions. He replaces Brad Crews, whose upcoming transition to a new role in the Agriculture Segment was announced in September 2022.

Rafael Miotto

CHN Industrial - United Kingdom

Rafael Miotto will assume responsibility for the Latin America region as of January 2023, and this appointment will see him join the company’s senior leadership team. Miotto has successfully led the New Holland Agriculture brand in Latin America for the last five years, and, in his 18 years with the company, has gained extensive experience in sales and marketing, aftersales and commercial operations.
