Oshkosh Corporation has appointed Stephen D. Newlin, an Oshkosh director since 2013, as independent chairman of the board. Newlin succeeds Craig P. Omtvedt, who has served as a member of the board since 2008 and as chairman since 2017.
Newlin serves as non-executive chairman of the board of Univar Solutions, a global distributor of chemicals and services, and previously served as its executive chairman, as well as executive chairman and chief executive officer. He will continue in his role on the Univar board until May 2020.
Previously, Newlin served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of PolyOne Corporation, a leading global formulator of highly specialised polymer materials, services and solutions, from 2006 to 2014, and executive chair of the board from 2014 to 2016.

Integrated Warehouse Solutions has added John Gaughan as its dealer development manager. Gaughan brings more than 30 years of experience in the materials handling industry.
Gaughan will also provide strategic insights to support Integrated Warehouse Solutions' continued growth in the materials handling market.
Gaughan says he looks forward to continuing and expanding the relationships he has developed over the years and is excited to be associated with the Bluff, Nordock and Wesco brands.
Gaughan will continue to reside in the Chicago area with his family.

Pintsch Bubenzer USA has named Mike Zuchowski as regional sales manager for ports in the western region of the United States and Canada.
Zuchowski will focus on the West Coast, Pacific Northwest and West Canada.
Zuchowski took a role related to engineered automation and materials handling equipment in 1984 and three years later founded his own sales agency, Advanced Production Solutions, targeting high-quality product manufacturers, selling into steel-producing facilities and offshore industries. Forging a connection with what was then a little-known brake company called Pintsch Bamag, the brand has been a constant in his professional life since.
