Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe (HCEE) has announced the appointment of Sungwoo (SW) Lee as the new managing director. With over 20 years of service at the Hyundai group, Lee brings a longstanding international sales career to Europe.
He replaces J.H. Chun who will return to Korea, where he will lead the international marketing team for Hyundai Construction Equipment.
Working as a construction equipment sales manager in the European subsidiary from 2005 till 2009, Lee has a good understanding of the dealer network, the European market requirements and culture.
He will focus on a proactive sales strategy. By further growing the European dealer network, setting up a key account management structure, and an advanced market-oriented product strategy, he plans to lead HCEE toward gaining an increased profitable marketshare in the coming years.

Louisville, KY, United StatesWith the retirement of David Graffy, Chris Frazee has stepped into the role of president at
ProLift Toyota Material Handling. Frazee has been in the materials handling industry for 25 years and joined ProLift in 2003.
His previous role was executive president, and before that, he was president of sales for 13 years. Frazee originally joined ProLift as sales manager.
Before joining the company, he spent almost nine years at Wiese Planning and Engineering.

London, United KingdomRichard Money has been named chairman of The Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA), taking over from Paul Fulcher, with Kat Moss of Catena replacing Money as vice chair.
Keen to be a key player in driving LEEA forward, Money will introduce some of the initiatives to propel the association into the new decade.
LEEA's leadership team is looking to deliver more training, shorten the waiting time for exam results, conduct more meaningful audits and provide even better levels of technical support.
There will also be a new process for joining the association which is seen as crucial for maintaining the value of the LEEA logo.
