Toyota Material Handling USA (TMHU) has promoted Jaksa Pejnovic to director of accounting and finance, pricing and strategic planning.
Pejnovic joined TMHU in 2013 as assistant controller at the company's Columbus, Indiana forklift manufacturing headquarters. He was promoted to TMHU controller in 2015. Prior to joining Toyota, Pejnovic served 12 years at CNO Financial Group in a range of finance positions.
Pejnovic is a licensed CPA and a member of the Indiana CPA Society.

Henderson, NV, United States Tony Deatherage has been promoted to service manager - the Americas at Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel.
Deatherage has over 23 years of experience within technical service and training at Snorkel. Starting out at the company in 1993 as an assembly technician, he went on to hold multiple positions at the company, including regional service representative roles and product support facilitator. In 2010, he was promoted to service manager at Snorkel's manufacturing facility in Elwood, Kansas, with responsibility for North America.
In his new role, Deatherage will have the increased responsibility for the Xtreme Manufacturing brand of telehandlers, in addition to Snorkel, as well as an expanded territory which includes North and South America.

Sims Crane has appointed David Wessin as South Florida safety director. Wessin, a 30-year corporate safety veteran, brings extensive experience in corporate safety, risk management, and program management to the Sims team.
Wessin will be responsible for overseeing project safety for Sims' South Florida branches located in West Palm Beach, Miami and Fort Myers.
Before joining Sims Crane, Wessin served as vice president safety & loss control for Coastal Construction Group in Miami. He serves on the Safety and Health Committee of the National Associated General Contractors of America, and is the founder/chairman of the Safety Alliance for Excellence, a resource for safety and risk professionals to discuss industry issues.

MHI has announced the appointment of Brian Reaves to the position of executive vice president.
Reaves brings over 25 years of materials handling industry experience to MHI, most recently as the founder and CEO of Integrated Warehouse Systems (IWS).
While at IWS, he created and developed an extensive portfolio of materials handling solutions across the United States. In addition to his role as a business owner, he has served as mayor for the Village of Lemont, Illinois. He was elected in 2009 and served as a village trustee for six years previous.
