Duncan Nealon, managing director of Bendigo Mitchell, has been announced as the new vice chairman of the Fork Lift Truck Association.
Nealon leads the Kenilworth-based company which delivers high quality lift truck hire, sales, contract maintenance and breakdown support.
He has a breadth of knowledge in sales, hire, servicing and, particularly, marketing, which will be invaluable as the association moves into new areas.
Nealon began his career at Bendigo Mitchell cleaning trucks in the mid-90s before being promoted to run the service desk. He then moved to Switzerland to work for Komatsu dealer Neuwerth Logistics. After completing a Business and French degree, he then joined McCann Erickson as head of research and insight.
Nealon returned to Bendigo Mitchell in 2009 and assumed the role of managing director of the company the following year.

Frank

Steven Frank has been appointed as chief financial officer of Fairchild Equipment. The position was created in light of numerous asset acquisitions and business expansions in the last year and a half. The new CFO will be able to assist Fairchild Equipment develop a strategic plan for current and future growth.
Frank brings more than 20 years of experience in the public accounting realm and public utilities industry. He has worked in several areas of expertise, including benefit plans, accounting and financial reporting, treasury functions, budgeting and forecasting. Frank received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin.
