Hamburg, GermanyKION Group GmbH has extended Harald Pinger's contract as a member of its executive board for a further four years. Pinger will remain KION's chief financial officer (CFO) until 31 July 2016. Pinger was appointed to the board in the role of CFO on 1 August 2008. Prior to joining KION, he was CEO and president of the executive committee of Jelmoli Holding AG, a Swiss retail and real-estate group.
Hyvinkää, FinlandKonecranes Plc has appointed Mikko Uhari as executive vice president and head of market operations. Uhari replaces Hary Ollila from 1 January 2012. Uhari, who is currently executive vice president and head of business area equipment, will be responsible for Konecranes' regional and country organisations.
Hannu Rusanen, currently executive vice president and head of business area service, will replace Uhari as executive vice president and head of business area equipment. Fabio Fiorino, the current vice president and head of service, region Americas, takes Rusanen's role. Fiorino was previously president of Morris Material Handling Inc and R&M Material Handling Inc.
