More and more people from all over the world are using the Marketplace and dealers are receiving a lot more enquiries (from end users as well as from other dealers). These buyers are looking for a particular machine and ask very specific questions.

Unfortunately, some dealers fail to reply to some of the enquiries they receive. Most enquiries are legitimate and are from interested buyers. A brief reply message to acknowledge receipt is the way to go, even if you can't help the buyer.

We also recommend dealers test their ShopFront contact details: send an email to yourself via your ShopFront and verify the phone and fax numbers. Let us list additional email addresses for your ShopFront contacts to cover holidays and other absenteeisms.

Also, give your business the best exposure in the Marketplace. List all of your available stock and you will increase the enquiries from buyers.
