The Global Top 20 Forklift Brands of 2013 list.

Modern Material Handling magazine has ranked Lonking forklift 14th in its Global Top 20 Forklift Brands of 2013 list.

Lonking forklift sales reached 18,101 units in 2013, and industrial vehicle sales turnover totalled USD197.6 million, growing 25.5% compared to 2012. Last year, Lonking introduced the LG13-20BE three-wheel battery forklift and the LG20/25BIII four-wheel battery forklift.

Lonking attributes its success and rapid market penetration to its "good quality" products and competitive price. It boasts that its sales network and customers have spread all over the world, with 600 dealers, sub-dealers and service providers.

The company, which also produces construction equipment, has 19 wholly owned subsidiaries and four production bases in Fujian, Shanghai, Jiangxi and He'nan. It currently makes over 200 models of diesel forklifts, LPG forklifts, battery forklifts, reach stackers and container stackers, and claims to be the third-largest forklift manufacturer in China.

Lonking's larger Chinese competitors are also listed, with Anhui Forklift Truck Group rising from ninth last year to eighth this year and Hangcha moving from 11th to ninth on a list topped by Toyota, KION and Jungheinrich, the leaders from last year.
