Bobcat's 3-wheel Li-ION forkliftAs the biggest industry show focused on logistics and materials handling, the annual edition of LogiMAT is used by some of the exhibitors to unveil their newest product to the market. To conclude our reports about LogiMAT 2025, we share an overview of some of the launches at the event from new forklifts to batteries, automation systems to collision avoidance systems.
Bobcat had one of the biggest launches unveiling a number of products at LogiMAT including the BNT Series, its first lithium-ion 3-wheel forklifts with load capacities between 1.6T and 2T, and designed for medium-duty applications.
Jan Droogendijk, product manager with Bobcat tells Forkliftaction News the move to Li-ION battery power is the biggest shift currently facing the market, adding that the three-wheel Li-ION forklifts are able to handle two consecutive shifts. The BNT Series will be available between May and June to the European market.
At LogiMAT, Bobcat also launched its Class 3 Warehouse Equipment range which included the BPM16/20N-7 pedestrian powered pallet trucks with 1.6T and 2T capacities and the 2T and 2.5T capacity powered pallet trucks with platform. The series also includes the 1.2T and 1.6T capacity BSR12/16N-7 powered platform stacker trucks and the 1.6T capacity BSR16N-7i powered platform stacker truck.
Rounding out Bobcat’s new product rollout at the intralogistics trade show was its new Li-ION battery range, available in various capacities and, the company states, with a lifespan two to three times that of lead-acid batteries.
The Li-ION batteries are available in 400 and 600 Ah for each voltage, are integrated with the track Canbus and come with an optional monitoring and diagnostic app.
Hangcha unveiling its XH forklift
Forklift manufacturer Hangcha quite literally unveiled its XH high-voltage lithim forklift designed for heavy-duty applications while also launching its 96V XC electric, lithium-ion counterbalance forklift.
Hangcha also demonstrated its battery box which allows for higher voltage to increase charging power and to speed up charging. The battery box features an integrated, independent thermal management system with real-time monitoring ensuring the battery operates at its optimal temperature to achieve maximum efficiency.
Jungheinrich junior sales manager Adrian Bock explained to Forkliftaction News that their new ERE 1 electric pallet truck, launched at LogiMAT, is powered by a Li-ION battery, and has been designed “to be about 30cm shorter than normal” making it more compact.

The entry-level pallet truck will be available in the next few weeks.
Jungheinrich also showcased its electric AME18 pedestrian pallet stacker with a load capacity of 1,800kg, a lift height of 530mm and able to travel at 5.5km/h as well as the electric ETV 316i reach truck which boasts a 1,600kg capacity and a lift height of 10m.
Linde introduced two new electric counterbalanced forklifts - the Linde E and the Xi for loads up to 2T, which comes in a range of battery capacities, chassis sizes and steering configurations.
Also revealed by Linde was the S-Matic Cube, a stationary automation modular shuttle racking system which enables maximum rack capacity while ensuring a high level of flexibility.
Keith Miller with Cascade's electric fork positioner
Cascade Corporation launched a number of new products including the upgraded Sensor Forks C Series, new electric rotator, electric fork positioner and the upgraded all-in-one attachment with weighting side carriage ActivWeigh, which includes the Cascade K-Series Fork Positioner.
Cascade explains ActivWeigh captures weight data upon transport, allowing for quick load engagement and no more trips to a stationary scale.
“There is a real opportunity to develop electric solutions and automation is an important part of that,” Cascade VP Europe, Udo Schmidt explains to Forkliftaction News. “AGV is a real focus right now because that is the future.”
K Hartwell kicked off LogiMAT with the launch of its 600kg capacity A-MATE Lite mobile robot which is designed to transport dollies, half euro pallets, roll containers and customer-specific load carriers.
Mobile Industry Robots launched its MiR VDA5050 Adapter which seamlessly connects AMRs from MiR with third-party VDA5050-compatible fleet management systems, marking a major step forward in making mixed-fleet automation easier, more scalable, and future-proof; while Kaup debuted its T466C Fork Positioner and its T458B Rotating Roll Clamp.
Knapp’s autonomous mobile robot (AMR) AeroBot system was named best product at LogiMAT in the Order Picking, Conveying, Lifting, and Storing Technology category.
Forklift fleet safety systems provider Essensium participated in LogiMAT for the first time this year to showcase its latest innovations including its SafeTrack, which is both a pallet tracking and collision avoidance system.
Essenium Positioning Systems latest upgrade
The latest generation of the EPS (Essensium Positioning Systems) employs an AI-based camera with new functionalities, such as PalletTrack - a comprehensive, RTLS-based pallet tracking technology that optimises scanning throughout the entire pallet flow process.
Essenium CEO Filip Buerms explains to Forkliftaction News the integrated system includes cameras, navigation, sensors and attachments which are used to create a digital map for equipment.
“This increases safety, tracks pallets, increases productivity and can be easily fitted to forklifts,” Buerms adds.
This is by no means a compete lists of products and services launched at LogiMAT but does give an overview of the type of new products coming on to the market. As always, there were advances in automation and the technology used on forklifts and attachments, and there will be a whole new range to report on next year.
