KEYTROLLER'S SMARTIE video drive camera for forklifts.
  1. Install SMARTIE onto forklift with 1-2-3 or 4 cameras simultaneously recording video from different camera angles and directions
    • Choice of standard, waterproof and infrared night vision cameras
  2. Device can record 3 types of video
    • Continuous----overwrites oldest video the SD card when filled.
    • Impact event generated---saves as event 30 sec before and after an abusive impact
    • Operator generated----has external "save" button that will record 1 minute video
  3. The G-force generated events will automatically record and save as an event up to 30 seconds before and 30 seconds after the setpoint impact threshold has been exceeded.
    • Abusive operators have video recorded when a reckless driving event occurs
    • Client can "see" areas of their plant that may be responsible for shipping damage
    • If your client has a KEYTROLLER access monitoring system, SMARTIE can be connected to the alarm output----recording and saving video 30 seconds before and after the alarm was activated.
  4. The drive recorder has an optional lockable vented metal enclosure that provides SD card access only to management.
  5. The SD card is removed and inserted into a PC. The viewing and setting software is preloaded onto the SD card. Event files are opened and clear video is viewed synchronizing all cameras onto one screen.
  6. If the application is outside, GPS location, movement and speed can be viewed on Google Map/Earth
    • Choice of standard, waterproof and infrared night vision cameras

VIDEO PROOF OF PALLET SHIPMENT ON TRAILER
  1. Operator drives up to and around load, videoing it (C) before loading it into the truck
    • External button pushed keeping time/date stamped video of the pallet on dock
    • Operator loads the pallet onto the LTL truck for shipment
    • External button pushed keeping time/date stamped video of pallet loaded into truck
  2. Operator records Waybill number, carrier, exact time of truck loading for easy reference later
  3. Operator can SPEAK the pallet and carrier information during loading event, this will be recorded with the video,
  4. Video of pallet safe pallet loading into container corresponds to Waybill information
  5. In the event of a claim for damage issue, shipper has conclusive evidence the pallet was, in fact, loaded safely and correctly with no damage.

VIDEO PROOF OF THEFT ON ORDERPICKER
  1. Small 1" SMARTIE cameras covertly installed on orderpicker, recording operator making picks
    • Continuous video (up to 20 hours on 32GB SD card is recorded
  2. Management can review video up to 16X actual speed
    • Easily review video for theft

VIDEO PROOF OF ACCIDENTS ON FORKLIFT
  1. Up to 4 SMARTIE cameras installed on forklift
  2. Device has 3 axis accelerometer with adjustable thresholds
  3. Video up to 1 minute BEFORE and up to 1 minute AFTER abusive impact occurs, saved as event on SD card
  4. Management removes SD card from lockable box to review saved impact events
  5. Management can evaluate video with driver to help facilitate training
  6. Impact events can be saved as AVI file in drivers file
  7. One camera can also be configured as a rear view camera with optional 7" color LCD display
FORKLIFT TRAINERS USE SMARTIE FOR TRAINING AND EVALUATION
  1. Sit down with trainee and evaluate actual video on:
    • Handling of the forklift with respect to rack, dock, congested areas etc.
    • Hand and eye coordination between load and controls
    • Head and eye movement at dangerous intersections
    • Method and view when reversing
    • Use of lift, tilt and side shift levers (attachments if applicable)
