This 16" x 16" (41cm X 41cm) cushion has 2 fan air intakes. These fans push a cooling breeze through the cushion and up between the bamboo platelets and up to the operator's bottom or back.

INSTALLATION:
Not much to it - just connect to 12-48VDC input power and set the cushion on the seat for the operator to sit on or lean it on the seat back for the operators back to lean against. Either way, the moving air will be a welcome relief to a forklift operator who often is sitting over top of a hot engine compartment.
