A company-owned branch in the US Intermountain West region and an independent dealer in the Midwest received James F Dicke Pioneer Awards from Crown Equipment Corp.
The Crown Lift Trucks branch serving the Salt Lake City, Utah and Boise, Idaho markets and dealership Fallsway Equipment Co of Akron, Ohio were recognised for top sales and customer satisfaction performances and also received 2012 summit awards in the annual program of New Bremen-based Crown.
The pioneer and summit awards were first-time achievements for each operation.
Other summit award winners were both the Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon locations of independent dealer NorthWest Handling Systems; CFE Equipment Corp of Norfolk, Virginia; Crown Lift Trucks for the Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin markets; and Crown Lift Trucks of Houston, Texas.
Ten ascent award winners were AJ Jersey Inc of South Plainfield, New Jersey; Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling Inc of Phoenix, Arizona; Lift Power Inc of Jacksonville, Florida; Action Lift Inc of Pittston, Pennsylvania; Crown Lift Trucks for the Tampa and Orlando, Florida markets; Crown Lift Trucks of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Crown Lift Trucks for the Atlanta and Tifton, Georgia markets; Crown Lift Trucks of Miami, Florida; Crown Lift Trucks of Oakland, New Jersey; and Crown Lift Trucks of Ontario, California.
"In order to provide our customers with the best products and solutions for their materials handling needs, it is essential that we have a dedicated branch and dealer network," says Jim Mozer, Crown senior vice president.
"Our dedicated staff in Salt Lake City and Boise worked extremely hard this past year to elevate our performance levels higher than they've ever been," says branch manager David Weiss.
Gregory Fairhurst, president of Fallsway Equipment, says, "Throughout 2012, we continued to be aggressive in providing the best possible customer service through expert counsel and problem solving."
