Crown Equipment Corporation recently recognised the outstanding performance and commitment to customer service by its best North American company-owned branches and independent dealers.

The most prestigious honour bestowed by Crown Equipment, the James F. This is the first time each organisation earned the Pioneer award after earning other recognition from Crown in prior years.

"Earning honours such as this requires a team effort, and we've got one of the best teams in the country," says Andy Levin, owner of Material Handling Supply. "We believe in Crown products and our customers appreciate the innovative material handling solutions Crown provides."

The total team effort concept is echoed by David Smith, branch manager, Crown Lift Trucks in Evansville, who sees the award as "confirmation for our employees that their dedication every single day to provide our customers with great service is paying off".
