No matter what industry we're in, it's hard not to think back to that fateful day nine years ago. There's no doubt that 9/11 changed things forever. From the renewed security focus all around the world to military involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq, the repercussions have been widespread and significant. Some even attribute the Global Financial Crisis to the tragic events in New York and Washington DC. Of course, there's a direct forklift link, as we report this week, with forklifts used at the 9/11 monument, but clearly the forklift industry, like all others, was affected by 9/11 and continues to carry the scars. Hopefully, one day, they will start to fade...
