National Forklift Safety Day rolls around next week and industry associations in the United States and the United Kingdom have organised posters, flyers, hashtags and events.

Behind the hoopla is a very serious message: stay safe! Stay safe around forklifts and make sure everyone around you stays safe also.

As the UK Materials Handling Association notes - every day should be forklift safety day.

This week we also bring news of exciting new developments in artificial intelligence, electrification upgrades and new generation warehouse robots.
